Cyrus & Esther CIC is not currently a registered charity. Registration as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with the Charity Commission for England and Wales is in progress. Until that registration is confirmed, donations to Cyrus & Esther are not eligible for Gift Aid, and we make no claim of charitable tax status. This page will be updated with our charity registration number as soon as it is confirmed.

As a Community Interest Company, Cyrus & Esther is subject to the CIC Regulator's community interest test and reporting requirements, in addition to standard Companies House filing obligations. Our board and governance arrangements are being formalised alongside our CIO registration; details will be published here, including on our Team page, as they are confirmed.

As a company, Cyrus & Esther CIC is required to file annual accounts and a confirmation statement with Companies House, both of which are publicly available. Once our CIO registration is complete, we will also be subject to the Charity Commission's separate financial reporting requirements, and will publish our accounts accordingly.

Cyrus & Esther intends to structure fundraising and donations around specific, named projects rather than a single general fund, so supporters can see what their contribution supports. Details will be published on our Donate page once giving is live.
